Overview

Your FlowFn account settings let you manage your profile, view your plan, update preferences, and control cookie settings.

My Account

From the dashboard sidebar, open My Account to view and update your profile information, including your name and email. Your email is used for login (OTP-based) and notifications.

Cookie preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences from My Account → Cookie Preferences. FlowFn uses cookies for authentication and may use cookies for analytics. You can opt in or out of non-essential cookies at any time.

Default team

If you belong to multiple teams, set a default team from the Teams section. The default team determines which resources (workflows, apps, forms) you see when you open the dashboard.

Switching teams

Use the team selector in the dashboard to switch between teams. Your view updates to show only the resources belonging to the selected team.

Legal agreements

FlowFn's legal documents (terms of service, privacy policy, and others) are available from the Legal section in the dashboard and on the public site at /legal. Your acceptance of terms is recorded when you sign up or log in.
