Accessibility Statement

Version1.0UpdatedApr 27, 2026Reading time2 min read

1. Our Commitment

FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), a company incorporated in Singapore ("FlowFn", "we", "us"), is committed to making the FlowFn website (https://www.flowfn.com) and the FlowFn product (the "Service") usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we work toward alignment with EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force from 28 June 2025.

2. Conformance Status

FlowFn is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that most of the content meets the success criteria, but some areas — typically dynamic dashboard widgets, the workflow editor canvas, and third-party embedded content — may not yet fully conform. We track outstanding accessibility issues internally in our ACCESSIBILITY_REPORT and remediate them on a quarterly cadence as well as in response to user reports.

3. What We Do To Test

We run an automated WCAG 2.1 A and AA scan (axe-core via Playwright) against high-traffic public pages on every release. We supplement this with quarterly manual review using keyboard-only navigation, the NVDA screen reader on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android. The list of pages scanned and the methodology are described in our internal Accessibility Report and summarised at https://www.flowfn.com/legal/accessibility-statement.

4. Compatible Technologies

FlowFn is tested against the latest two stable releases of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and the screen readers listed above. JavaScript is required for the authenticated dashboard. The marketing website renders meaningful, navigable content with JavaScript disabled.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Areas we are actively improving include: (a) keyboard reachability of all controls inside the workflow editor canvas; (b) accessible names on a small number of icon-only buttons in the dashboard; (c) colour contrast in muted helper text and disabled states under the dark theme; and (d) screen-reader announcements for asynchronous status updates in long-running workflow runs. We expect to fix these in upcoming releases.

6. Feedback and Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can fix it: by email at legal@flowfn.com (a dedicated accessibility@flowfn.com alias forwards to the same inbox), or via our Data Subject Request form at https://www.flowfn.com/legal/data-request. We aim to acknowledge accessibility complaints within five business days and to resolve issues that block task completion (Severity-1) within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also raise a complaint with your local accessibility regulator — for example, the European Commission for matters covered by the EAA, or the Singapore InfoComm Media Development Authority for matters relating to government-supplied digital services.

7. Formal Approval

This Accessibility Statement was prepared and adopted by FLOW FN PTE. LTD. on 19 April 2026. It will be reviewed at least annually and after every significant change to the Service. The most current version of this statement is published at https://www.flowfn.com/legal/accessibility-statement.
