Credits are FlowFn's usage currency. Each plan includes a credit grant, and runs draw from it based on the steps involved — basic triggers and actions cost less, AI model calls cost more. Because pricing is credit-based rather than per-task, AI-heavy automations stay predictable.

You're never locked in. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings — changes take effect from your next cycle.

Yes, on Pro and above. Point a CNAME at FlowFn and your app serves on a domain you own (acme.com) with HTTPS issued and renewed automatically. Your main app lives at the apex, and every other playground can take its own subdomain under that domain — shop.acme.com, app.acme.com. The free plan serves on a clean name.flowfn.com subdomain.

Runs already in progress complete normally, but new runs that need credits are declined — you’ll see “Insufficient credits” in the run history — and can be run again once you top up or your next cycle’s grant arrives. On plans that include top-ups you can add credits at any time from the dashboard, so a busy month never blocks your automations for long.

Most plans include a one-time signup credit bonus on top of the recurring grant so you can start building and testing straight away. The exact bonus is shown on each plan card above.

Data Sheets are FlowFn’s built-in tabular store: a Database holds sheets (columns + rows) your workflows, agents, and apps read and write, with CSV import, a query API, and public visitor writes through a linked playground. Plans gate how many databases you can create per app and how many rows each sheet holds — the comparison table above shows the limit for each tier.
