Released 2026-06-01. Content moderation is clearer about what a block means, and form + playground owners can now appeal.
A block takes the item fully offline
- When a workflow, agent, form, or playground is blocked by moderation (an automated high-risk verdict or an admin block), it is now unpublished and deactivated — it leaves its public surfaces and stops running.
- It stays offline until the block is cleared: trying to re-publish or re-activate it is refused with the reason. You can still open and edit it — saving re-runs the check, which clears the block once the flagged content is fixed.
Request a review, now on forms and playgrounds
- A redesigned banner on the edit page explains why something was blocked and what it means.
- The appeal button — now called Request a review — lets you ask a human to take another look. It is now available on forms and playgrounds, matching workflows and agents. You can have one open request at a time, and we email you when an admin approves or denies it.
