Released 2026-06-17. Interactive agents can now close a chat themselves when the visitor's issue is resolved — instead of leaving it open.
Added
- Auto-resolve a chat when it's done. Turn on Auto-resolve when the issue is solved in an interactive agent's settings, and the agent will mark the conversation Resolved once the visitor confirms it's sorted — rather than holding it open waiting for another message. The agent always confirms first; it won't close a chat on its own assumption.
- Reopening is one message away. A resolved chat isn't a dead end — if the visitor replies again, the same conversation picks up right where it left off, with full context. Run history shows the Resolved state so you can see at a glance which chats wrapped up.
Notes
- Off by default — existing agents are unchanged. It applies to interactive (chat) agents only.
