- Meet Fen. FlowFn's assistant now has a name and a face. Fen — the Fn logo come to life — fronts the AI chat (with thinking and celebrating states), waves hello on the sign-in page and the getting-started checklist, snoozes on empty lists, peeks over 404 pages, and cheers when your first workflow ships. Customer-facing agent surfaces are untouched — your agents stay yours.
- Command palette. Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the dashboard to jump to any page or search across your apps, workflows, forms and more. Mobile gains a search button in the header.
- Getting started. New teams see a live four-step checklist (create an app → build a workflow → run it → explore) that checks itself off from what you've actually built and gets out of the way when you're done — or when you dismiss it.
- Mobile, properly. Pages carry a back button and title on phones, tables become cards (workflows, runs, agent runs), and filter rows adapt instead of overflowing.
- Notifications. Toasts move to the bottom-right, stack up to three, pause on hover, and can carry an action button.
- Better error handling. Broken or deleted links now show a proper not-found screen inside the dashboard (no more infinite "Loading"), with a way back; unexpected errors get a retry.
- Design consistency. One button system across the app, a single color-token registry with full light/dark parity, unified page headers and breadcrumbs, and refreshed social-share cards featuring Fen.
