Overview

Form themes let you customize the appearance of your public forms to match your brand or style.

Applying a theme

When creating or editing a form, select a theme from the available options in the form editor. Themes control colors, fonts, spacing, and the overall look of the form. The selected theme applies to the public form page and embedded views.

Custom themes

If the built-in themes do not fit your needs, you can apply custom theme settings within the form editor to adjust colors and styling. The form preview updates in real time as you make changes.

Preview

Always preview your form before publishing to see how it looks with the selected theme. The preview shows the form exactly as your users will see it, including on mobile devices.
