Freshdesk

What it does

Freshdesk reads and creates tickets and reads contacts via the Freshdesk v2 REST API.

Setup

  1. In Freshdesk, click your avatar (top right) → Profile settings; copy the API Key.
  2. In FlowFn, go to Platform Tools → Freshdesk → Connect and provide subdomain (e.g. acme) and api_key.

Actions

  • List / Create / Get Ticket (priority 1-4, status 2-5)
  • List Contacts
