Overview

Notify sends email through the platform's mail path—ideal for simple alerts from a workflow without connecting SendGrid or another provider.

How to use

1. Add a Platform tool task and select Notify.
2. Choose the send action and set recipients, subject, and body. Map values from the trigger or previous tasks.

For high volume or marketing mail, consider the SendGrid or Mailchimp integrations.

Connection

This tool does not require a team connection. Add it as a Platform tool task in your workflow, choose an action, and map inputs from the trigger or previous tasks.
