Overview
FlowFn's search feature lets you quickly find workflows, apps, and other resources across your team from a single search bar.
Using search
From the dashboard, use the Search option in the sidebar or the search bar. Type a keyword — workflow name, app name, or description — and results appear grouped by type (apps, workflows).
Search scope
Search results are scoped to your currently selected team. Switch teams from the team selector in the dashboard to search resources in a different team.
Documentation search
The documentation section also has its own search. From the Docs sidebar, type a query to find relevant documentation pages by title and content.
Tips
- Use specific terms for better results — search by workflow name or the integration it uses.
- If you cannot find a resource, confirm you are viewing the correct team.
