Third-Party Notices and Open Source Attributions

Version1.0UpdatedMay 1, 2026Reading time1 min read

1. Overview

The FlowFn Service incorporates open-source software ("OSS") and third-party libraries that are licensed under their own terms. We are grateful to the authors of these projects. This document acknowledges those components and provides the information required to satisfy applicable license obligations (such as MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0, MPL, and similar licenses).

2. License Compliance

FlowFn uses each included open-source component in accordance with its license. Where a license requires attribution, we make the relevant copyright notices and license texts available as described in Section 3. Where a license is copyleft (for example, GPL or AGPL), we either do not statically link such components into proprietary FlowFn code or, where applicable, make the corresponding source code available on request to legal@flowfn.com. Nothing in these notices alters the terms of any individual open-source license.

3. Where to Find the Full Attributions

The complete list of open-source components, their versions, copyright holders, and license texts is generated from our package manifests at each release and made available on request. To obtain a copy for a specific release, contact legal@flowfn.com with the FlowFn release identifier (visible in your account settings under Help & Support → About). We will provide the corresponding NOTICE file and any source code we are required to make available, free of charge, within 30 days of a valid request.

4. Trademarks

Acknowledgment of an open-source component does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the relevant trademark holders. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Reporting an Attribution Issue

If you believe we have failed to attribute or comply with the license of an open-source component, please email legal@flowfn.com with a description of the issue and a reference to the relevant component and license. We will investigate and remediate promptly where appropriate.
