Welcome to FlowFn
FlowFn is an automation and workflow platform that lets you build, run, and manage automated processes without writing code. Connect AI models, third-party services, databases, and custom logic into powerful workflows triggered by schedules, APIs, webhooks, or form submissions.
First steps
- Sign up or log in with your email — you'll receive a one-time code (no password needed).
- Create or join a team. Every user gets a personal team by default.
- Create an app to group your workflows. See Apps overview.
- Create your first workflow from the dashboard or start from a template.
- Connect an integration (e.g. Google, Slack, Stripe, or a database) from Platform Tools.
- Run and monitor your workflow from the dashboard. Check run details to debug any issues.
