How do I get support?

FlowFn has a built-in support system. From the dashboard sidebar, go to Support and click New Request to submit a question or report an issue. You can track the status of your requests and any responses from the Support section.

For faster resolution: include your account email for billing issues, the workflow name and run ID for workflow issues, and the platform tool name and error message for integration issues. Paid plans may include priority support; check your plan details.
