Overview
FlowFn has a built-in support system to help you with account, workflow, integration, or billing issues.
Creating a support request
- From the dashboard sidebar, go to Support.
- Click New Request.
- Describe your issue or question in detail. Include any error messages, workflow names, or run IDs that can help the team investigate.
- Submit the request.
Tracking requests
Your open and past support requests appear in the Support section. Each request shows its status and any responses from the FlowFn team. You can view request details by clicking on them.
Tips for faster resolution
- For workflow issues, include the workflow name and the run ID of the failed run (found in the run detail view).
- For billing issues, include your account email and plan name.
- For integration issues, mention the platform tool name and the exact error message you see.
- Screenshots or details from the run view can be very helpful.
Priority support
Some paid plans include priority support with faster response times. Check your plan details for specifics.
